Appointments
We operate on an appointment-based system to provide timely, consistent care. Urgent cases are accommodated wherever possible.
Booking the right appointment
To minimise waiting times and ensure you receive the care you need, please book an appointment of appropriate length:
- Standard Appointment: 15 minutes
- Long Appointment: up to 30 minutes
(recommended for multiple or complex issues)
If you’re unsure how much time you’ll need, our friendly reception team will be happy to assist. Depending on the type of appointment, you can expect to be approximately $40 out of pocket after your Medicare rebate is applied.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible care for all patients, please give adequate notice if you are unable to attend. Appointments not cancelled, or cancelled less than three hours before the scheduled time, will incur a non-attendance fee. If you’re experiencing any difficulty attending, please notify us at least three hours in advance to avoid this fee.
